As owner’s representative in the Montreal Metro Line Extensions project, COSIME is responsible for managing the project office.
The Metro Line Extensions project includes the extension of three metro lines in three municipalities, namely the Blue line in Montreal, the Yellow line in Longueuil and the Orange line in Laval and Montreal. 23 km of tunnels are planned, representing a multi-billion dollar investment over 25 years. The project is now at the design phase for the first line extension, i.e. The Blue line in Montreal.
In its 2012 report on the governance of large projects, the firm SECOR-KPMG highlighted the positive, thorough nature of the work and structure of the project office.
