COSIME acted as strategic advisor in the sale of the Green Soldiers One project, a 10-MW photovoltaic solar energy project located near Ottawa, Ontario. The mandate included supervision of the client’s financial modeling, preparation and implementation of the RFP targeting potential buyers, and advice to the client during financing and sale contract negotiations.
The financing and sale of the project were effected in September 2012, respectively with a life insurance company and an infrastructure investment fund.
